What does a REALTOR do?

So, what does a realtor do...

Or more specifically, what does a GOOD realtor do?

A realtor is an independent contractor, typically employed by a brokerage and regulated by the province in which they work.

Much of what a Realtor does is behind the scenes!

They work hard to achieve the maximum exposure for those who are selling to generate the best price, as well as provide the maximum amount of information for buyers to feel secure with their purchase.

Agents should have a keen eye for detail, knowledge about how people process information, and the ability to form relationships in order to best represent you (as the buyer or seller!). Trust, integrity, and hard work are also essential traits that your Realtor should have!
